What Do I Need to Get Started?

To sign up for a class or purchase a membership, you will first need to sign up for an account on our website. Once completed, you will be able to purchase class passes or memberships which will then allow you to book classes up to 3 weeks in advance.

Do I require special equipment?

Cyclone provides you with all the required equipment you need at no extra cost. Cycling shoes with either SPD or DELTA clips are required. You are welcome to bring your own shoes if you have them.

What Can I Expect From a Class at Cyclone?

Cyclone will provide you with a 45 minute ride that will leave you feeling energized and ready to take on the world. Instructors create playlists and choreography unique to them and their classes. We provide clip in shoes, a towel for your bike, and a water refill station.

Does Cyclone Have Change Rooms?

Yes! Change Rooms are equipped with lockers, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hair dryers, and other goodies to make getting ready in the studio that much easier!

We have shower towels you can rent for $2, just ask front desk!

Change room policy: At Cyclone we prioritize inclusivity and respect for everyone’s identity. Our change room policy allows you to choose the change room that best fits your gender identity or expression. Our team is trained to ensure a respectful and inclusive experience for all riders.

How Can I Prepare for a Class?

Arriving 15 minutes prior to class will ensure we can get you signed in, provide you with shoes and ensure we get your bike set up correctly.
Hydrate before and during your ride. Fuel your body at least an hour prior to class and wear workout attire!

What Should I Wear?

We want you to have a great workout. Wear something comfortable. You're going to sweat. Workout attire is recommended.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

Can’t make it anymore? We ask that you cancel your booking 12 hours or more before the ride. If your booking is cancelled 12 hours prior to class time, your ride credit will be refunded to your account. If cancelled within the 12-hour late cancellation window, class pass holders will lose 1 class pass. For unlimited membership holders you will automatically be charged a $10 late cancellation fee. If you are to no show your scheduled class, class pass holders will lose their credit and unlimited membership holders will be charged a $18 no show fee.

How does the waitlist work?

If a bike becomes available 12 or more hours prior to the ride you will automatically be added to class and receive an email confirmation.
If a bike opens up less than 12 hours before the class starts you will be added and will receive an email confirmation. If you have made it into the class you are able to late cancel yourself out (cancel up to 1 hour prior to class and be charged $10.00) If you no show you will be charged a credit from your account or charged $18.00.

Late Policy

We begin on time to keep the day running smoothly, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to ensure you have time to get shoes, tuck your things in a locker and get set up on your bike! If you are not checked in 5 minutes before the class there is a chance your bike will be given to someone on the waitlist. If you arrive after the class has started we will not be able to allow you to enter. We understand life happens, if you think you will be late feel free to give us a call and give us a heads up!

Parking

There is a lot directly behind the studio (Water St. Lot). It is free before 8am and after 5pm. We suggest this as the best place to park for morning and evening classes. For our lunchtime ride there is plenty of free 2 hour street parking surrounding the studio!
