45-minute rhythm-based strength classes. We love moving to the beat and being in sync, so you can expect that in the Bootcamp room too. Each session combines strength-building exercises and endurance work, using dumbbells, bands, and bodyweight to help you tap into your full potential. Expect high-energy music, motivating coaching, and the support of your Cyclone community every step of the way. We offer Full Body, Lower Body and Upper Body days so you can target specific areas of your body. Everything we do in the bootcamp room makes us stronger in the spin room, and vice versa.
