Suited for beginners, individuals recovering from injuries, anyone looking to ease post-workout muscle tension, or those looking for a low impact ride. It’s your ride, your way, and your time to revitalize.

Strength: Power HOUR
With three weight tracks, this ride is designed to give you a full-body workout. You’ll hit all of the climbs, jogs, and sprints you know and love, with extra attention paid to upper body and core weight training for a well-rounded, heart-pumping 60 minutes. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced rider, this ride will show you that you’re stronger than you think.

Unlock your potential, this ride is purpose-driven to condition your body and mind. As you work through this class to its “peak” we focus on building a powerful foundation of form, technique and rhythm.
