Hey Cyclone Family!
On this week's Tid Bit Tuesday, Bre introduced her Power Hour: Rhythm + Strength class held every Saturday for 60 mins. This class includes about 45 mins of riding as usual, but also layers in about 15 mins total of upper body strenght training. Instead of using weights, Bre focuses on building strength using resistance bands with varied resistances (extra light to extra heavy). Don't be intimidated by the length of the class- it's definitely suitable for beginners as well, just choose a lighter resistance band!
